This is where freight actually moves.     What you’ll do  Own load execution from start to finish  Coordinate carriers, track shipments, solve problems in real time  Communicate directly with customers, no layers, no handoffs  Make decisions that impact speed, cost, and relationships  Work inside a tight pod (3–4 people) that runs like a unit  What this role actually is  Fast  Unpredictable  High ownership  High visibility  You’re not “supporting” the business.
